  • Halloween 2016.

     

    Davis said that he was too old to dress up and go trick or treating. So he stayed at home and gave the candy out. By the way he celebrated his 13th birthday on the 30th. A teenager!
    But the two younger ones, Andrew and Zain, they had a blast. Shelley had got special suits for them based on the Curious George characters.

    OMG! Did they look cute or what! Little Zain walks in and even before he had stepped into the foyer, he was yelling, “Candy, ammi Candy!” I asked him how much candy he wanted and he said, “I not know!” I felt like eating him up. Here they are, goofing off with baba!

  • They are SO CUTE!!!
    My Halloween was different. I was at a friend's house because it was my only chance to visit with a friend, an African pastor who was in the U.S. Most of my grand- children are too old to trick-or-treat. I saw pictures of the others, and the great-grands on FB. You may know my mom has been sick so I've been spending a lot of time at her bedside in the nursing home. Halloween evening my daughter stayed with her. That night, in the middle of the night the nursing home called to say she had died. She was 99. We will have a grave-side service for her tomorrow, and a memorial service later when my brother can come from Spain.

  • So cute! I love Curious George too. We had a good 31st, That was my dad's birthday every year until he left us so I remember him. :)
